Oversee, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively to the team, including Housekeeping and Night Porters Deliver concierge services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences Assist with breakfast service when on duty Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, leaving a lasting positive impression Handle shopping for the property and manage stock orders Oversee monthly accounting and filing Respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor and resolve maintenance issues to ensure the hotel remains in top condition
